Webhook triggered when an orchestration fails

Triggered when an orchestration has FAILED and could not be completed.

Webhook payloads contain only event metadata. Use the Get Event API with the event ID to retrieve full details.

The Get Event API returns an orchestration_status_change object with orchestration status details.
